what's it like being a Public Highschool Girl

For the past two years of my high school life I had been on my comfort zone.I've got the best of friends , great teachers and schoolmates that treated me with so much importance.I was active in all the school activities , I was even the representative of our school in a spelling bee contest.Yeah .. life's good.I was comfortable with all that and I was pretty sure that feeling would last...Until this year on my third year I was transferred to a public school.Because of incomplete requirements I was placed in a lower section.It's okay to be in a public school but...to be in a lower section!?I was terribly mad.I started thinking everything was against me.I thought my friends had abandoned me , I was feeling totally left out.
   

I still didn't have any idea ,then, of what's it like being in a public school AND in a low section.I actually backed out on the first day.Months had passed and I can say there's a HUGE difference between a public and a private school.(I really should not list it down or the whole blogpost will be all about it.).I had made friends with my new classmates and all of them are real about themselves , they don't pretend to be something they're not and they make themselves crystal-clear.I've learned a lot from them.The thing is reputation is nothing to them and for the past two years I've been building and taking care of my reputation that I had to make sure everyone will like every decision I make even if I didnt like it , and I go to a school that has nothing to do with popularity.Its like working without pay.The other thing is the school uniform , that when you're in it the people in our place  will look at you as if you're a disgrace to humanity.Really! I personally know this coz I used to feel the same way for them when I was in a private school.I'ts because one action affects all.And recently some students are acting like illiterates and causing too much trouble outside the school.


There's this one incident when we will have our pictures taken in our uniform for a scrapbook project.Then this security guard came running towards us,like he's chasing thieves, and got us kicked out of the mall.Seriously?! I later on discovered that it was the school principal's order to not let students go in that mall.But still...they dont have to make that much commotion ,right?

At least now I know how it works for being in a public school and I know how to survive it.It has given me new perspective in life.Im learning from this whole public school experience and now I'm more aware. :)

woot !! exams are over !!

  See you around next time books!Isurvived you exam!:P . Exams are over so I'm allowed to hang around the computer again.Yay!  I've got tons & tons of things to tell yah!

  

We watched Suckerpunch last night for the nth time.It's about five girls creating their own world where they have to collect five things which will set them free.And in that task they are faced by undead soldiers,mechanical guards and fierce dragons.

    And I'm hooked with the amazing anime-like graphics,especially in the fight scenes,and the SOUNDTRACK is just perfect! I've already downloaded all it's OST , well almost .. coz not all of them is for free.The movie is so Final Fantasy-inspired , from the special effects to the costumes.I said It's anime-like because there's contrast in each characters that emphasize their personality , other than that their hairdo never change and all their different costumes have that same touch ,all throughout the movie.

For me the ending wasn't sad because like the wise man said the 5th thing would be the ultimate sacrifice which was Babydoll but this let Sweet pea be free as well as the other girls. Giving up her mind to escape the pain and suffering of the cruel world exposed Blue and the people aiding him to torture the girls to Dr. Gorski and the police. She also got revenge on her stepfather, at the end you can hear Blue telling them about what the stepfather did so it was a happy ending if you think about it

      But the hot stuff is this!!  A nine-inch Babydoll and Amber action figure !! Aaaaaaaaargh !!! Do Want ,0.o

      As you can see I've only been posting travel plans coz Im not of legal age to wander off alone.So I guess from now on I'll just write about hot stuff and of course, cool Tokyo fashions until I can travel to awesome places.
     The exam is so near!!..I think imma be a little busy so I guess I wont be able to update this blog soon.

Harajuku Style

I've been interested in Japanese culture since I was in sixth grade.Amine was what everybody was talking about by that time.We had a computer shop by then and I was on duty,I was bored to death,I had to find something to do or I'll die,so I checked out a website where I can watch animes for free.I watched Death Note and I was ADDICTED!!!I started searching for more until I discovered Tokyo Fashion and cosplay where people dress up like anime characters.I plan to cosplay sometime in the near future,not the Kpop cosplay that's really trending right now where they costume play real people which is very weird.

 

 

 

My first attempt to go out in Harajuku Style.

But what really influenced me is their music.I'm more into Jrock but everything Jap. is just so cool.I also plan to go to Fuji Rock Fes which is a 3-day rock festival where almost hundreds of artists/bands,local or foreign perform.It's held every July in Yuzawa,Japan.It has different stages and various activities all happening at the same time!!

Feaky Friday

                      So yeah...This is my first entry in my virtual journal.
Do you ever find yourself laughing out loud thinking of a memory?I guess not all of us have that kind of memory so I'll tell you about mine..This is about the craziest,funniest & wildest thing that happened to me;and my cousins.It was summer and my sister and I were sleeping over at our cousin's.It was a hot,humid night so we decided to use the airconditioner.The windows were all shut closed with the curtains.Our lights were out when suddenly some light coming from the outside opened casting this big,scary shadow behind the curtains.My sister asked Bianca if it was her shadow because it started moving.It was a human-like shadow,only it has wings.Bianca said she was already asleep.My sis does'nt believe her so she checked on her(the bed is a double-decker)and freaked out when she saw Bianca lying still.Then she started yelling "Shit,manananggal yan!".I was half asleep when awakened by the commotion.Then I SAW IT.The beast flapping its wings like crazy.It was really close as if its trying to find a way in.we were all freaking out,Bianca(alone on the upper bed)screaming "open the effing lights!" and my sister telling Bianca to get down and Dane was not speaking nor moving,but all of us were too scared to get out of bed and turn on the lights.Then I gathered up my courage and ran to the switch and opened the "effing" lights.We slowly went near the window but my sis,the BIG sis,was just too scared to go near,so she was the one to pull the curtains.After pulling the curtains,just a yard away,we saw these two construction workers sitting on a roof and as they move the "mananangagal's" head move..Oh and we also saw bats flapping wings...And so, the beast flapping its wings like crazy was just that...

         We looked at each other with the "WTH!!?!" look and the next thing I knew we were on the floor LOLing..
  Now I know what priceless means..ten minutes of heart-palpilating scaryness , and a lifetime story..

I'm new in blogging so .. yeah.
